Renovolv is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Nevada.

All construction and renovation services are performed in accordance with applicable Nevada state laws and regulations, including requirements set by the Nevada State Contractors Board.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

4. Written Contract Requirement (Nevada Compliance)

5. Payments

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of work.

6. Change Orders

Any changes to the original project scope must be:

Additional costs and timeline adjustments may apply.

7. Permits & Compliance

Renovolv will obtain required permits unless otherwise stated in the contract.

We comply with:

• Local building codes
• Safety regulations
• Inspection requirements

8. Subcontractors

Renovolv may use licensed and qualified subcontractors for portions of the work.

All subcontractors are:

• Managed under Renovolv’s supervision
• Required to meet applicable licensing and safety standards

9. Warranties

Any warranties for labor or materials will be:

• Defined in your written contract
• Subject to manufacturer terms (if applicable)

No additional warranties are implied unless stated in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renovolv shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays caused by:
  • Weather
  • Material shortages
  • Permit delays
  • Unforeseen site conditions

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• Both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith
• Disputes may be subject to mediation or legal action in Nevada

You may also contact the Nevada State Contractors Board for assistance or to file a complaint.

12. Cancellation Rights (Nevada Notice)

Depending on the nature of the contract (e.g., residential/home solicitation), you may have the right to cancel within a specified period as required by Nevada law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the property of Renovolv and may not be copied or used without permission.

14. Disclaimer

15. Governing Law
